Any person placing an order and/or purchasing through the site declares that upon performing the action, she has read these Terms and Conditions, agrees to all of its provisions and conditions, and that she or anyone on her behalf will not have any claim, demand or lawsuit against the site, the company, the site management or the company, or any of its managers and employees, in all matters related to the provisions and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.

Illustrative images
The images of the swimsuits on the site are for illustrative purposes only. The swimsuits may appear differently on different screens due to varying qualities and resolutions. Therefore, there may be differences between the appearance of the swimsuit on the site and its actual appearance. In any case of discrepancy between what is shown on the site and the actual appearance, the actual appearance is binding.
However, the company makes every effort to display the swimwear in the most accurate way.

Prices and payments
All prices on the site appear on the products and are stated in new shekels.
Prices include VAT and do not include shipping fees. The site management may update the prices of products on the site and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice. The price valid in relation to the order placed is the price published at the time of completing the ordering process (including providing credit card details). If the prices are updated before the ordering process is completed, the customer will be charged according to the updated prices.

Transaction cancellation and exchanges

Transaction Cancellation Transaction cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Transaction cancellation will be possible provided that the ordered item has not yet been shipped, and no later than 24 hours from the date the order was placed on the site. The refund for the canceled order will be made by crediting the credit card from which the order was placed, minus 30 NIS or 5% (whichever is lower) as a cancellation fee. In the event that a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered for any reason, the company will notify the customer of the cancellation of the purchase within 2 business days from the date the transaction was made.

Exchanges
An item exchange is possible provided that the item was purchased at full price and was not subject to a sale/discount at the time of purchase. According to the laws of the Ministry of Health, the bottom part of a swimsuit cannot be exchanged, therefore an exchange will only be given for the top part. If you wish to exchange the size/cut, you must contact us by phone within 24 hours of receiving the order. Exchanges can be made at our studio in Herzliya, or via courier for an additional fee.
Swimwear cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping costs in the event of an item exchange will be borne by the customer.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery options: Customers who order on the site have two options for receiving the product: delivery by courier and self-pickup. Self-pickup will be possible from our studio in Herzliya.

Deliveries
The customer can choose between delivery by courier to the home for a cost of 45 NIS, or delivery to a collection point/automatic locker for a cost of 25 NIS. The delivery time for the shipment is up to 5 business days, starting from the business day after the order is placed. From the moment the shipment leaves the company, the company does not commit to the delivery date of the order, and there may be unexpected delays on the part of the delivery company that are beyond the company's control.

Purchasing products on the site

Purchase Process The purchase of products will be made by adding products to the shopping cart. The customer will then enter their details in the online form. All fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in to complete the order.

Accuracy in details: The orderer must provide accurate and correct details to prevent delivery problems. Filling in all required details is a prerequisite for placing the order and for the order to be processed efficiently and without problems.

Order confirmation
Upon receipt of the order, the site will verify the credit card details. Only after approval by the credit card company will the operation be approved and a final confirmation of the order will be issued. The customer will be charged for the product via credit card, subject to the availability of the products in the company's and the site's inventory.

If it is not specified that the product is out of stock and the product has not been downloaded from the site by the time the order is placed, the company will refund the customer any amount paid or cancel the charge if it was made for the purchase. In cases where the item is missing and cannot be delivered, the transaction will be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund.
